Founding Artistic Director of Apocryphal Theatre in London (www.flyingoutofsequence.org) from 2004-11, she was awarded a practice-as-research PhD at University of Northampton, UK, arguing that theater can be an act of philosophy. Her stage and prose writing has been published in printed anthologies and online, most notably with Indie Theater Now<\/em>, Stockholm Review<\/em>, Ohio Edit<\/em> and Prentice-Hall; her story, The God Thing<\/em>, was awarded an Honorable Mention by Glimmer Train<\/em> in August. Her theater has been produced at such venues as HERE, Ohio, The Brick and St. Mark\u2019s (NY) & Camden People\u2019s Theatre & Tate Modern (London). She did residencies at Vermont Studio Center and Wisdom House in summer 2015, during which she worked on The Amazing True Imaginary Autobiography of Dick and Jani<\/em>, a book about her grandmothers, which was long-listed for the Mslexia prize in the UK in 2015. This year, she has received scholarships to attend the Wesleyan Writers Conference and BinderCon (NYC). She is an Adjunct at Fordham University and writes about life, writing, theater, art, politics, philosophy at julialeebarclay.blogspot.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n Rich Ferguson <\/b>is the author or New Jersey Me<\/em> (Rare Bird Books, 2016). His poetry collection, 8th & Agony,<\/em> has been published by L.A.\u2019s Punk Hostage Press. He is also the head poetry editor at The Nervous Breakdown<\/em>. He has performed nationally, and has shared the stage with Patti Smith, Wanda Coleman, Exene Cervenka, T.C. Boyle, Jerry Stahl, Bob Holman, Loudon Wainwright, Ozomatli, and many other esteemed poets and musicians. He has performed on The Tonight Show<\/em>, at the Redcat Theater in Disney Hall, the New York City International Fringe Festival, the Bowery Poetry Club, South by Southwest, the Santa Cruz Poetry Festival, Stephen Elliott\u2019s Rumpus, and with UK-based poetry collective One Taste. He is also a featured performer in the film, What About Me?<\/em> (the sequel to the double Grammy-nominated film 1 Giant Leap<\/em>), featuring Michael Stipe, Michael Franti, k.d. lang, Krishna Das, and others. He has been published in the LA Times<\/em>, Opium Magazine<\/em>, has been widely anthologized, spotlighted on PBS (Egg: The Art Show)<\/em>, and was a winner in Opium Magazine<\/em>\u2019s Literary Death Match, LA. His spoken word\/music videos have been featured at poetry film festivals throughout the world. Ferguson is a Pushcart-nominated poet.<\/p>\n Bud Smith<\/b> is the author of F250, Tollbooth, Calm Face, <\/em>and Dust Bunny City<\/em>, among others. His memoir, Same Clothes As Yesterday,<\/em> is forthcoming from CCM in 2017. His work has been at Hobart, Barrelhouse, Smokelong, Wigleaf, <\/em>and The Rumpus<\/em>.
